Leg of Lamb on Ceramic Grill

Leg of Lamb cooking on Ceramic BBQ using our Premier Restaurant Charcoal with the addition of a couple of pieces of Apple Wood
The meat had a light coating of Lumberjaxe Garlic & Herb rub
Took 2.5hrs @ 230 degC - mostly covered with foil to stop burning
It was tender and delicious
The pork chops were a last minute addition, as a couple of extra people arrived.
