NEW LADIES ONLY BBQ CLASSES - COVERING LIVE FIRE, SMOKING AND BAKING

Hi I am Anna and I like to grill, if you have popped in to our Solihull BBQ Store you will no doubt have met me if not pop on in and have a chat. I have been Grilling and smoking on a range of BBQs for over 10 years and love to cook outdoor I cook on a range of different grills from Live fire Ceramic and Blok customs to our Pellet smokers and gas grills and here to help you ladies take back control; of the BBQ.

Classes are max of five per class and this is a hands on class. We cover fire control and management, food prep and cooking styles. This beginner's class we focus on the Roast Dinner with all aspects of the dinner cooked on the BBQ including desserts. 

Class goals

• Introduction to each grill and run down to what each Grill brings to the Game.
• Fire management and cooking setting 
• Food prep, Flavouring and Cooking temperatures
• Grills used in this class - Kamado Ceramic, Kettle BBQ, Pellet Smoker
• Questions and answer sessions as we go.
  
• Max Five people per a class to ensure 1-1 cooking experience.

These classes are held at our new Cooking school at the BBQ store in Birmingham with easy access from M42.

AT HOME CLASSES FOR THE BIRMINGHAM AREA ARE ALSO AVAILABLE BUT FILLING UP FAST. IF YOU WOULD PREFER OUR AT HOME PRIVATE CLASSES PLEASE CONTACT US AS SOON AS POSSIBLE TO GET THE DATE BOOKED IN.
