MILD IN HEAT, BIG IN FLAVOUR - OUR TOASTED AND SMOKED SPICES CREATE A WONDERFULLY DEPTHY, DELICIOUS RUB FOR BBQ MEATS, MARINADES OR CURRY DISHES. TO RUB: APPLY OIL TO MEAT THEN DUST WITH SEASONING, LEAVE TO MARINADE THEN COOK ON THE GRILL. TO CURRY: BEGIN BY SWEATING ONIONS, GARLIC, AND GINGER IN GHEE OR OIL, THEN ADD THE SPICE BLEND AND PASSATA. FRY OFF CHICKEN UNTIL IT BEGINS TO BROWN, THEN INTRODUCE THE SAUCE, ADD CHICKEN AND STIR IN CREAM AND BUTTER. DELICIOUS!

Storage: Store in a cool, dark place. Once opened use within 2 weeks re-seal after each use. This is like magical powder, it's very fine. This means it can be susceptible to clumping if exposed to steam, high temperatures etc so use sensibly. Use ya fingers to break up the clumps if needed.
