All Rounder Beginners BBQ Class - Live Fire Kamado and Kettle BBQ, Pellet Smokers, Pizza Ovens

Welcome to our BBQ Store BBQ Cooking Classes. We are a Small Family Business born out of our love of Outdoor cooking and here to help you on your BBQ-ing Journey.  

This all rounder grill class is held our in house BBQ Guru Paul, we start all our classes with an introduction to the grills we will be using in each class and run through what each grill brings to the party. 

We cover your basics - BBQ settings, Direct and indirect cooking, Smoking temps once we have covered this part you are all ready for food prep. These classes are very much hands on and get involved from the meat prep to the flavourings used so you can replicate back in your own garden.

Each class will feature both Meat, Vegetarian dishes and desserts packed with seasonal produce sourced locally. 

This course is a Two hour class suitable for all over 14 years of age. Please note any food allergies must be added in the comments box. Max 10 people on a class. 

Please note cancellation must be given 48 hours prior to the event. If canceled by us due to weather we will offer a full refund or change of date.
