Napoleon BBQ Smoking Starter Kit

Soak the chips in water and fill tube half way with the chips of your choice. Place the tube on top of the burner below the grill grates. For best results keep the smoke tube indirect away from the fire. This makes the wood inside smoke as it’s heated slowly. Over the fire will burn the chips quicker. you can do it that way but it just depends how long you want to smoke for example.. The longer you need to smoke the longer the chips will need to be soaked for.
