We would like to thank all of you for attending our BBQ Demo Day on Sat 19.3.22
We were blessed with beautiful clear skies, so everything worked really well on the day.
This was the first firing of the Gozney Dome Pizza Oven - used gas as fuel, seeing it was the initial firing. It worked wonderfully, with Pizza's being cooked every 60 seconds
We then fired up the Primo 400 oval charcoal BQQ - chicken with different flavour rubs provided it's usual excellent cooking results
Another popular BBQ is the Traeger Pro 575 - this time using a mixture of Apple & Hickory pellets to provide a range of flavours
Finally we fired up the Green Mountain Ceramic Egg grill - we used the optional pizza insert, so some people managed to try pizza from the gas fired Gozney Pizza Oven & the charcoal from the Ceramic Egg.
