Chicken Kebab on Traeger Ranger
This was very tasty.
Chicken thigh meat left in marinade of Tandoori sauce with chopped Coriander.
Placed in a couple of skewers & cooked at 190 deg c using Traeger Meat Church wood pellets in the Traeger Ranger
Added a few potatoes. to crisp up.
Simple dish, but full of flavour
