Like all Napoleon gas BBQ you can easily turn this gas grill into a dual fuel bbq with the Napoleon Charcoal tray accessory and then you can be cooking over coal on your gas bbq with ease. Due to the size of the Napoleon 525 you can have charcoal tray on one side and gas on the other to create two zone cooking temperatures.
