We have cooked whole Salmon, Brisket joint, Pork Collar, Chicken, even Pigs in Blankets. Just set the required temperature (takes approx 12 mins to reach mid range say 165DegC), place your food on the grill or cast iron plate, close the lid and let the Traeger Ranger work it's magic.
