More cooking on the Traeger Ranger
Hello.
This time we tried Brisket on the Traeger Ranger.
Cooked slow, at 120degC
Brisket with rough chopped garlic, onion & carrot topped with a splinking of Lumberjaxe T-Bone Rub to start & added the potatoes after 2 hours.
Next time, when cooking two small pieces of meat, I will reduce the cooking time & add the potatoes after 1.5 hours
Used Traeger Hickory pellets for this cook.
Beautiful flavour, with potatoes taking in some of the juices.
